Our manufacturing plant is equipped with a modern tool room that houses the latest and most sophisticated machinery and processes to ensure the high levels of quality that we look for in our products.

We have the most advanced CNC and VMC machines procured from leading Japanese and Korean companies for manufacturing precision-machined mold inserts.

We also operate a conventional tool room, comprising of precision machines for milling, turning, surface-grinding, etc. These machines play the supporting role of fine-tuning and putting the finishing touches to our precision-machined mold inserts.

Our fully-integrated unit is also equipped with a state-of-the-art CAD/CAM station for designing and manufacturing the molds as well as a mold assembly shop and a dedicated testing and bottle inspection facility. All our equipment is operated by highly trained and qualified professionals.

We have adopted the best-in-class processes which ensure smooth operations with minimal wastage and maximum efficiency. Our processes also ensure the complete safety of our employees and are fully compliant with global sustainability practices.

Mold Testing Facility

We have procured top of the line ISBM Mold Testing Machines to test each and every mold thtat we manufacture to assure optimal performance and trouble free startup at our customers’ end. All the molds manufactured by us are compatible with the respective machines.
